Most people move through grief in fluctuating pattern, similar to waves in the ocean. Research shows that individuals who acknowledge the unpredictability of grief tend to navigate it with greater emotional flexibility.

Grief is a natural response to love and loss. In Christian community, we walk through grief together, trusting that God meets us in our pain. This healing journey offers space to reflect, share stories, remember loved ones, and discover hope again.
